Gabriel's September Challenges

Updated: Oct 8, 2020

I just want to say thank you to everyone that has supported me this last month with my weekly physical and mental challenges.

1. Walk 100,000 steps in one day 2. Chest to Floor burpee around Abbey Fields with a 10kg weighted vest 3. Swim from Dedham to Flatford (& back) 4. Run a marathon with a 10kg weighted vest.

I’ve been raising money for the charity the Samaritans we’re almost at £2000!

My mission is to raise awareness for mental health.

A few years ago I was in a really bad place and lost all hope in my life. I’m very fortunate to have been able to turn my life around and to support others in times of need.

Bootcamp is my outlet to help others escape, to help challenge their mindset for the better, to push and develop people to do more than they ever thought was possible, to build a community of love, support and friendships, all the while getting people fitter and stronger together.

I believe I’m living proof no matter how tough life gets, it does get better.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help, don’t be afraid to start again and don’t forget you’re not alone.

You matter and you are loved.

What got me through these crazy challenges was knowing no matter how tough and hard it got the pain is NOTHING compared to someone suffering with depression.

All your donations are helping saves lives and from the bottom of my heart I can’t thank you enough for all the support.

If you would love to donate to the Samaritans the link is below

I want to leave you with this;

‘I wish more people understood that you can be whoever you want to be.

Have whatever you want to have.

Do whatever you want to do.

You just have to think you can and then take action’

Wishing you all health and happiness
