BOXING FOR FITNESS
We've recently launched BRAND NEW Bootcamp Boxing for fitness sessions as part of our weekly session timetable, taking place every Tuesday & Thursday at 1830. These 60-minute sessions consist of 3-minute rounds, incorporating cardio, core, lower body, and combination drills.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or increase your fitness levels, this session is the one for you! By incorporating this type of interval training, a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest periods, will help you get fit and burn fat whilst building confidence and making new friends!
