Our First Week Back!

WHAT A WEEK! After 3 months of lockdown and online sessions, It's been so good to get back out on the field and see you all in person! The timing of that mini heatwave was perfect. Throughout the week we welcomed lots of new trialists, listened to all of Gabs' fresh new tunes, did a few burpees and of course, the Bootcamp banter was back too.

This week we kept the sessions to bodyweight exercises with no equipment helping to ease everyone back in gently before the return of the kit over the next week or so. This of course didn't mean the sessions were easy though, they are all still designed to push you out of your comfort zone and burn calories.

We're so grateful to be back open, nothing beats training outdoors with your friends! Whilst being able to see your friends is one benefit of outdoor exercise there are also many more - including boosting your immune system, increasing vitamin D levels, reduced stress and improving your mood.

We ended the week with a technique workshop after the Saturday session allowing those that want to brush up on the basic Bootcamp exercises without the pressure a training session can bring, during the session we answered any questions members had to help improve their form and shared techniques to improve their overall range of motion

The gyms are still closed for another week yet but ours is back open, come and give us a try for 7 days - 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲!! Train safely with us outdoors at Abbey Fields, get booked via the website!
