Our sessions take place at Abbey Fields, a well-known outdoor space in Colchester, easily accessible from the town centre and surrounding areas.
GETTING TO THE SESSIONS
Free parking is available on and around Abbey Fields. Please note that the field can become muddy during wetter conditions, so take care when parking and be mindful of other field users.

Do I need to be fit to start?
No. Sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and exercises are adapted so everyone can work at their own pace.
What should I bring?
Comfortable training clothes, trainers suitable for grass and water.
What if I’ve never done bootcamp before?
That’s absolutely fine. Coaches guide you throughout and you’ll never be left behind.
Do sessions run in bad weather?
Yes. Sessions take place outdoors all year round, so we recommend dressing for the conditions.
How early should I arrive?
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to meet the coach and get set up.
