We meet on the East Side of the field (opposite the TA Centre) Parking is available along the edge of the field.

SESSIONS

No two sessions are ever the same, which means at every session you get a varied range of exercises and a completely different experience each time. Our high-energy sessions are designed to push you out of your comfort zone to build confidence and burn fat whilst training with a community of like-minded people.

HATTON BOXING

Every Tuesday & Thursday 1830-1930 at Abbey Fields Colchester. 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or increase your fitness levels, this session is the one for you! By incorporating this type of interval training, a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest periods, will help you get fit and burn fat whilst building confidence and making new friends!
