Hill sprint intervals at Balkerne Hill, please park at Mataland and meet at the bottom for 0600.

Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend, we request that you cancel at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session. This will allow us to offer your spot to another member. This is particularly important when the session is fully booked.
